We ship our dragons all over the United States. We prefer to use Fed Ex priority
overnight with arrival to most places by 10:30 A.M. But if you prefer we can ship
via UPS or DHL. (We have shipped and received many lizards using Fed Ex
and have had no problems to speak of) FED EX shipping usually runs
between $40.00 - 50.00 depending on where you live. You can email us your
zip code for an accurate shipping rate. If you live in the Hampton, Virginia area,
local pick-up is also available.
We take special care in packing our dragons for shipment to their new homes.
First, we put the dragons in a sturdy plastic container with ample ventilation
holes. Then the container is placed in a box lined with styrofoam and packed
tightly with newspaper to prevent movement during shipping. We supply hot
and cold packs for all your shipping needs. (We do not ship if temps are 40
degrees or below. We will gladly hold a dragon for you and wait until a shipping
opportunity opens up.)
All of our dragons come with a live arrival guarantee as long as they were
received by the customer and not left outside or returned to have to be picked
up because no one was home to receive them. (we never mark our packages
for drop off they must be signed for by the recipient but mistakes happen)
